Making a decision to change the way you live your life, even in a minor way, can be hard to implement and sustain. Getting support during this transition can make all the difference.

An initial 2 hour session prepares the ground, providing you with a sounding board to clarify what you want, why you want it, and how you might achieve it. This process is like having a 'critical friend'; my role is to be supportive but also to challenge you so that you can develop a realistic plan of action.

Over the following three months we meet fortnightly (for an hour) to review the plan - identifying issues, providing support and clarifying the next steps. At each meeting you'll commit to action. Additional support between our meetings can be given via email or phone.

In our final (two hour) meeting we'll celebrate your achievement, make explicit your qualities and skills, identify what you've learned about yourself and plan how you'll sustain the changes you've made.

For many people, this kind of process can be the very first time they've had an opportunity to take stock, get useful feedback and learn how to develop a plan for change.

Can you reassure me that you know what you're doing?

I've been working in learning and development for the last twelve years, facilitating individuals and groups to examine the way they think and behave and to learn how to do things more effectively.

I also bring to life coaching my training and experience as a counsellor.

How much will it cost me?

The fee is based on a block of 7 sessions (a total of 9 hours) with email and phone support as an addition. Please contact me for details.
